Have you ever been to Lacamas Regional Park in Camas, Washington? We’re big fans of this spot, especially in the summer! Explore the park’s scenic hiking trail network which connects to the Lacamas Heritage Trail along the south shore of Lacamas Lake. Immerse yourself in nature’s beauty as you hike or bike through the forests, over bridges, and along the shores of the lake. Fish in the serene waters of Round Lake, where bass, bluegill, and perch could be found. Keep your eyes peeled for a variety of birds flying around, including osprey, bald eagles, and many others. The park offers 18 picnic tables, five barbecue grills available, three playground sets, and a picnic shelter with water and electricity which are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to have a Discovery Pass and check for harmful algae bloom advisories before visiting
